Support Engineer

We are looking for an effective communicator, quick-witted and eager professional who wants to support our internal IT operations. Activities are focused on making sure our colleagues have a seamless experience when it comes to internal IT. Together with our consultants from various tech/data disciplines, you’ll manage both our physical hardware components and our cloud infrastructures.



What you will need

  • You are completing a HBO, and/or Master degree in the fields like (e.g. computer science or IT studies)
  • Experience in working with a cloud environment (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Experience in working with multiple operating systems (Windows/MacOS/Unix) is a plus
  • You are communicative, not hesitant to reach out to colleagues and quick to respond
  • You can work independently and have a hands-on mentality: let’s just fix things
  • You are punctual and diligent in keeping documentation up to date and keeping track of work that has been done
  • You are available for 16-24 hours per week?

    Please note that for this position, we are looking for candidates who have the legal right to work in the Netherlands, and are in relatively close proximity to our Amsterdam office. The start date for this role is as soon as possible.
